Commercial Tile & Flooring

Commercial carpet and LVP/LVT supplied as part of your finish package, with tile and flooring scopes coordinated against the millwork, casework, and countertops we already build. One vendor owning the transitions, field conditions, and sequencing where flooring meets everything else.

Part of a Coordinated Finish Package

Flooring rarely fails on product; it fails on sequencing and transitions. Because we also build the casework, millwork, and countertops around it, our flooring supply arrives coordinated with the scopes it touches.

What We Supply and Coordinate

Commercial Carpet

Commercial-grade carpet supplied to specification for offices, institutions, and public spaces.

Commercial LVP & LVT

Luxury vinyl plank and tile for high-traffic commercial spaces, supplied to match the finish schedule.

Tile Coordination

Tile scopes coordinated with adjacent finishes: layout, field conditions, and where tile meets millwork and stone.

Transitions & Details

Finish transitions between flooring types and at casework, doors, and stone, detailed instead of improvised.

Installation Sequencing

Flooring sequenced against casework, tops, and hardware so trades build on each other instead of over each other.

Field Conditions & Closeout

Field measurement, substrate and site-condition flags raised early, and flooring punchlist items tracked through completion.

Where Flooring Projects Go Wrong

The flooring itself is rarely the problem. The problem is a flooring vendor who has never seen the casework drawings, transitions nobody detailed, and an install date that collides with the millwork crew. Because flooring here is part of a coordinated finish package rather than an isolated buyout, those collisions get designed out before they happen.

How a Flooring Scope Runs

01 · Send the Finish Schedule – Flooring spec, finish schedule, or drawings. We quote the supply and flag coordination points.

02 · Field Review – Site conditions, substrate, and adjacent scopes reviewed before material is ordered.

03 · Supply – Carpet and LVP/LVT ordered to specification and tracked against your schedule.

04 · Sequencing – Install windows coordinated with casework, tops, and hardware so trades don’t collide.

05 · Transitions – Flooring-to-flooring and flooring-to-millwork transitions detailed and owned, not left to the field.

06 · Closeout – Flooring punchlist items tracked through completion with the rest of the finish package.

Our Coordination Commitment

We don’t promise a flooring scope without field surprises – substrates, moisture, and site conditions are real. We promise an accountable process: conditions reviewed before ordering, transitions detailed before install, sequencing coordinated with the rest of the finish package, and punchlist items tracked to done. When an issue arises, we communicate it and bring a recovery plan.
